My husband and I moved from Oregon to Arizona. We had some issues with our USBank account. I have been banking with them for more then 20 years. It seemed no matter what I needed they were not able to help me in any way. I took a long shot and call first intersate bank. They were not able to do a wire transfer, but found a suitable way for me to accomplish what needed to be done. They wrote a counter check. Then wow, someone drove to my old bank (USBank) and deposited the counter check. Awesome.amazing bank. Prudence

My branch is 57th Street in Spokane and I've been banking with them since 2010 when they were Inland NW Bank (they kept the same staff). They are the best bank in the world and I've used many. I am now living abroad, and they're still my bank. Any request or issue, I call them and they answer the phone on nearly the first ring and there's a nice person eager to help. They've always resolved my issues, patiently. It feels like I'm stepping back in time.
