I would like to compliment mr.philip Morris for his outstanding customer service,he went above and beyond when the bank was not authorizing my transaction due to high fraud traffic;however he accomplish the task ahead,and this is what you call exceptional customer service.

Great customer support, friendly service
Jack was very helpful when I needed to change my reservation. He guided me through the process and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with, he provided excellent customer service. I will be flying with Delta again. Thanks for your help Jack!

I am rating my experience with the CS Agent Lluvia Gracia. She is excellent and exceeds expectations in courtesy, patience, after I had been discarded and mistreated by other agents from the airline. Not only me, we were seven passengers, one of them disabled. However Ms Gracia’s support made our whole experience bearable. Thank you.
