Rachel was probably the best company representative I've had the pleasure to ever work with . She was very professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and patience with this old 72 year old man that accidentally made a booking mistake. Give her a big thank you from the Markwood family !!!

Eric Ruz helped me this morning and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He went above and beyond trying to book flights for my family and I at the best rate. He stood on the phone with me for 90 minutes going back and forth with different options. And he was pleasant throughout! He is a wonderful employee who is very knowledgeable and thorough. I hope I can work with him again in the future! Very impressed with his work ethic. Donna Storte

Rachel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me navigate through ticket credits that I really had very little information to provide to help her. She did her job amazingly I am very very happy.

Customer service was understanding professional and kind. Rachael was able to help me find a solution to my problem. I commend her for her professionalism and help. Thank you!

Rachel was patient, easy to understand, and helped me check in and get mobility help. Thank you

Rachel was a great listener and she did something about my questions. She waited patiently for me to find the answers and completed the necessary tasks in order for me to be able to find my trip on the app and provided me with the information on an E ticket and adding it to my wallet. She took care of everything and made herself available if I need anything else in additional.

The communication between the two of us was great. Rachel was tedious about making me sure I had all the facts I felt she was 110%.

Rachel was an angel when I was booking an international trip for someone. She was very professional, congenial and patient. Another person I know also used Rachel to coordinate his arrangements with mine. American Airlines was easy to work with and will use them in the future. AA is fortunate to employee such a wonderful agent like Rachel
