Unreliable company place ur order and pay for your materials and delivery as per site and general sale rules and your order may arrive or half of it may arrive or may not arrive at all, Try to contact them for resolution and invariably you will get no response.

We placed an order with First Fence and paid the invoice, however when we confirmed the delivery address which i already made them aware of when ordering they tried claiming they did not know it was too the isle of wight as it was going to cost several hundred pounds extra. I had it confirmed with me my a member of the sales team that delivery to the Island was included but then received a rude email saying if we do not pay for the extra delivery charge we wont get the products we paid for. Due to this we cancelled our order, because they forgot to include delivery to the isle of wight in the invoice despite being told it was being delivered her at least twice. Upon cancellation they are now trying to charge us 20% of our invoice total to restock the materials, however this was a mistake made by them not us. We are still in dispute but have placed an order with F H Brundle who has better customer service and are delivering to us for free tomorrow.

Great customer service from a professional, organised company - Jodie Walsh (Sales Advisor) is a huge asset to the company and went the extra mile throughout the ordering process. We would happily recommend this company.

Brilliant company to buy fencing from. The delivery driver Tony was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The staff in sales are very professional and helpful too. Thank you for all your help! Suny

Jodie Loveridge has done an outstanding job in helping us set up a new site in Milton Keynes which consists of over 2.3 miles of temporary fencing and hoarding. Jodies turn around time from Quote to order being placed - paid for and delivered was excellent. the fulfilment follow up emails are precise and of great quality. Thank you Jodie and ALL at first fence Chris C

Product was ordered and came within a week and gates were fine. Problem was that some parts were missing from the bag of fixings. Spoke to company and was told that the parts would be posted out - a week later and they still haven't arrived and I'm not holding my breath. They've had the money so what's in it for them? Products are fine but the aftersales service is poor which is a shame because when parts are missing you need that service and it's sadly not there.

Terrible company. Lie after lie on delivery date. Thousands spent on fencing that arrived wrong handed, incomplete, parts missing, bolts short, poor quality. An endless list of incompetence. Customer service completely unhelpful.
