My daughter has ARFID, so I am super hesitant to trust when people with conventionally picky eaters say that kids love the taste - but this time, it proved true for even my super sensor. Kids never complain about taking these each day.

Raising an autistic child who is an extremely picky eater is a forboding challenge. You're always worried that they are not getting enough of the vitamins and minerals needed to sustain health and growth. So finding First Day has been a God send!! Not only do they contain healthy amounts of vitamins, they do NOT contain the chemicals and additives found in all the other over the counter vitamins. We started seeing healthy changes within the first week of changing to the First Day multi-vitamins. Better sleep and behaviors were almost immediate!! Thank You, First Day!!! For producing a product that is safe to give to our autistic child!!! One of the shipments we received came in the middle of July and was kind of sticky. I contacted customer service and discussed with them some possible alternatives to shpping the vitamins through the post office during the summer months since the heat breaks down the quality of the gummies. They assured me that they were working on a solution to that very issue. Within a month, the website offered an alternative to ordering monthly. You can now choose to get multiple shipments at once. Which means we can stock up on the vitamins in the spring and avoid having to have any shipped during the heat of the summer months. Absolutely LOVE how fast they worked to solve this problem!!! I cannot say enough GOOD things about this company and their commitment to helping the world become a healthier place!!!

My kids wake up and ask for their vitamins first thing. They love ‘em! I would add that knowing they are getting the nutrients they need is a big win as well. Thank you, First Day.

These Viatmins have been a life saver. My kiddo has been a different kid since we started the multi vitamins. I have seen less melt downs and less anger. The magnesium has made it so i have been able to get him off melatonin which in turn makes the mornings more pleasant . If you notice alot of issues in the morning I would totally recomend the calming magnesium for bedtime routine.

While the gummies (women's daily supercharge) did not work out for me, the customer service cannot be beat. This is the mark of a genuine company with great values. I will definitely try some of their other products. Kudos for saying what you mean and meaning what you say. Well done 👏🏼

First Day has fantastic customer service,and the children’s daily vitamins have really benefited my child!

My son has tried these vitamins for a couple of months and honestly I can tell a difference! He’s has ADHD and he’s super picky eater, I can tell he’s more calm too now he ask for more food on his plate and he gets seconds! We are so happy he likes them. He’s never complained of the flavor or anything. He reminds me every morning before school to take them. I highly recommend them.
