I’m a loyal customer to First Day for over a year now and will stay with First Day for the foreseeable future for any all nutritional needs. My six year old son takes the multivitamin and the nighttime gummy and they both have had significant positive results.

I Love these gummies! They taste great,and an easy way to get my vitamins . Someone mentioned these to me. So , I tried them, and was pleasantly surprised . Now I get them regularly and take my daily dose of vitamins without a problem. I recommend you to try them as well.

The vitamins taste great and are easy to incorporate into my daily routine. While I can't personally speak to long-term results yet, I've enjoyed taking them and appreciate that they're a more pleasant alternative to many vitamins I've tried.

These gummies feel like a sweet treat at the end of my day. I started taking the multivitamin and fell in love with the taste (and the bottle - so cute!). Now I'm using the multi, the probiotic, and the nighttime magnesium. I feel great and have noticed a shift in sleep already.
