I have worked and still working with Mercedes regarding my situation. I just enrolled to the program and won't be able to review the outcome but what I will write down here is the inquiry process I had with Mercedes. Since I am new to this program, I don't have any knowledge about it. I bombarded Mercedes with lots of questions and she gave me a thorough explanation regading the prgram and my situation. She communicated with me despite having a limited resources. (We mostly talked through email since I am limited with phone calls). Mercedes made sure that she answered all my questions. I felt her sincerity and being so knowledgable made me choose First Choice. I will try to update this review when I see any progression or outcome with my enrollment with them.

It was a very easy process. My contact person was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. He made me feel at ease. The process was quick and easy.

Julio was the first person with your program and after discussion information and his knowledge help to trust this option in regards to my overwhelming debts. Of course I had called a couple of other companies to get there information.

Julio was excellent at explaining how everything works and advising me on the best course of action.

Gary was very helpful organized and had amazing follow through. He helped me so much throughout this process
