Hello, we aren't able to verify who are you in our system. However, before any client is cancelled due to being non-responsive, we first make multiple attempts to contact them via phone, email, text message, and as a last attempt, we mail them. It's never a quick process. And for course, staying in contact with us is critical because we need your permission to move forward with the process. So we only drop programs after we try everything and the person doesn't respond. I apologize if you had a negative experience. You spoke to your consultant today and from what I can see in that discussion I don’t know why you claim you were lied to. Notes on that call you agreed with the counselor in all of his recommendations, it was just that you didn’t fully understand your situation which is why you thought the counselor was lying. After he explained it to you, you realized he was very accurate. I hope that this last call helped provide you the experience you were expecting.
