Verry helpful understanding and polite

My representative Andrea was so informing and pleasant . At first I was scared to tell anyone about my debt but when she told me in calm and comforting voice that they can help and lead me step by step. I regret that I didn't call earlier . Thank you now I could sleep knowing that someone is me with the mess I have made.
