No one answers, nobody returns calls, no responses to email inquiries! Is this a real company?
Tried calling this company to get quotes for auto insurance coverage. The first time I called, I waited for 21 minutes then was automatically cut off. I called back and the call was dropped a second time after waiting 16 minutes. Their website says they've been in business since 1920. Kinda seems like they've still got some of the same employees who were running the company in the 1920s! Hello, is anybody home at First Chicago??? If I can't even get quotes on a policy I sure don't want to be the one trying to file a claim with this place!
