Awesome Bike

Jededeah went above and beyond to serve us. We could not be more satisfied with our transaction. 5star product 5star shipping at least 5star customer service Thanks again

I love my bike ! Purchased the Firmstrong Bella Fashionista in black with pink rims. Runs smooth ...Sharp! Customer service is great ! Glad I bought my bike !

First off, I absolutely love the bike. My wife ordered it in mid-November for my Christmas gift. It was supposed to ship in 7-10 days, but I didn't receive the bike itself, until after Christmas. Oddly, it came in 3 separate shipments. After multiple calls to your CS department, we finally received the bike a few days after Christmas (accessories arrived 2-3 weeks earlier). Unfortunately, upon receipt, I discovered that it didn't have the tires I had ordered (paid extra for), so we had to call CS again to get the tires mailed to us. They paid to have the tires installed at a local bike shop, which was the appropriate thing to do. I was having the bike rack installed along with the tires. The rack was sold with the bike, as I "custom built" it on your website. We discovered that the rack wouldn't fit without an extra conversion piece. At that point, I concluded it wasn't worth waiting any longer for the bike to be complete, or dealing with your CS department again, so I paid for the conversion kit out of pocket. I love the bike, but your Customer Service Department and order accuracy leaves a lot to be desired.

Last year I was looking for a general all around bike for my upcoming vacation. I went on line and found information about firmstrong bikes and I decided that the bike met my needs for what I planned to use it for. My plans included, beach riding, trail riding in Hilton Head Island as well as all over Key West as my principal means of transportation. I liked the bike so much that I ordered another firmstrong bike for my wife. Both bikes have 7speeds that handle most of the challenges I plan to undertake while using the bikes. We plan to use our bikes on a fun bike race outing in the mountainsof Virginia (route chosen includes changes of 1000 feet in elevation) this year. I could have spent a lot more money on the bikes without a noticeable change in satisfaction. The bikes look nice and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It all depends on what you want your bike to do.

Love my new bike! Very comfortable ride and great look for city riding! Only issue was fender doesn’t match bike exactly. But I can live with it 😎

I love my Firmstrong bike. Smooth reliable ride. I would definitely recommmend this company to anyone..
