Downloaded your coupon for the $29.99 oil change, valid through 06/30/24. Scheduled an appointment. Showed up on time to the N. May Avenue shop in OKC. Was then told by the counterman that (per his unseen boss) the coupon was no good for my 2006 F-150. For some unknown gobbled-gook reason. The cost would now be $79.99. Declined and took my business elsewhere. Did not want to reward your dishonesty. I don’t appreciate being scammed like this and plan on telling others about my experience.

I always take my car to this location, on El Camino road, because of the reliability of the diagnostic procedures before any work is done. Service Rep. Evan is extremely helpful in communicating the issues to the mechanics and diagnostic tech. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment on a Saturday but we ended up having a horrible storm and all the power was out in the area for days. Nate the manager of the Mentor, Ohio store got a hold of me when everything had settled down, he couldn't be anymore helpful and got me in to take care of me. I have dealt with him in the past and didn't know that he still there. He's always been friendly and courteous. Thank you Nate

Gave the price up front and fixed the alternator/back lights for a little over 500.00 with the military discount.

We had a bad tire in route and we’re very nervous we would not make our destination in time for me to start my new job! Given it was a Sunday we happened to drive by the Firestone station in Asheville NC. That was open! Damon Fyock was so remarkable in his service and prompt in getting my car fixed in record time even when they were very busy! We were so blessed with his care and kindness! Thank you emmensely!

Different store, different service. While I had a pretty bad experience with a millennial service associate recently in central Ohio - and I posted it - Jesse, the store manager here in Louisville, was awesome about rectifying the problem created by the store in Dublin. Jesse was polite and warm-spirited, and took care of the service problem created by the different store in a different state. I would say he went above and beyond.

Eric Maldonado and Sydney Wells in Henderson Nevada we outstanding. We had a guard underneath our Subaru that was hanging down from damage cause on I-40 potholes. Brought it we brought our Subaru in and they removed the guard without any cost to us. They were very helpful and honest. I highly recommend going to Firestone Complete Auto Care in Henderson nevada.
