I ordered the swing for my new grandbaby in February. I have not received the item. I reached out to them in March and was told it would be coming in 2 to 3 weeks. It's May and still no swing. I emailed them Friday and no response from that yet. You know people work hard for their money especially with the price of things now. It's not hard to be honest and a good person.

I am so sorry for your experience. We did have some delays which we did try to communicate over email. I believe that our team has responded to all your emails and questions as well. We did receive our swings this week and offered to ship yours but you requested we cancel the order. Which we did. Our team will reach out to you one more time to see if you still want the item.

The product is top quality. I was disappointed with the shipping, as it took far longer than advertised, but eventually I got my items. Overall I'm glad I found this company, but the shipping time could have been faster.

I am still waiting for my swing that was ordered at the beginning of November. This company may be a scam . I guess I am not giving this as a Christmas present.

Hello - we are so sorry for your experience. We did ship a lot of swing out before Christmas but some got stuck in shipping and we shipped them right after.

This is regarding order 96139. For a discounted price of $111 (Black Friday “deal”) for the oval play mat, I received only the foam tube with no fringe cover as pictured and described in the product description. I have emailed customer service 5 times in the past week to request a prepaid label to send the tube back for a refund. No response whatsoever to my request. I have also called their phone number which goes directly to voicemail. I wish I had read the reviews of the company on trustpilot.com before making a purchase. This company is a scam. Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews of the company before buying. I will not only post a review to warn others on social media, but I will also file fraud with my credit card company.

We have ordered and paid for Macrame round play mat & play gym bundle in September. Order 95175. To date we have not received same. In their last update email we were told that the shipment should arrive at a warehouse November 17 , 2023 and the will be shipped to us. It’s very hard to receive a response to an email. We are very frustrated and disappointed. Not sure what to do at this point. Finn & Emma Please please respond!

We sent you the tracking and the confirmation of the pick up by the USPS. You are located in Canada and the tracking only goes that far until it is handed over to your local shipper.
