I placed an order on August 18th and got a delay of delivery email on August 28th. I filled out the contact form asking when my order was going to be delivered; there was no response. It is now Sept. 5th, and still no delivery. Don't order from this scam site!

Ordered an item from here in July, it gave me an expected delivery of Aug 8th. Nothing was ever received. I tried contacting their number in the confirmation email, and it was out of service. No response via multiple email attempts. I feel like something sketchy may be going on here. Wouldn't recommend.

No response from company over the course of 20 days, after multiple attempts. Had to force a refund as they would not respond or ship the item. So no recommend purchasing from this company.

Placed my order on July 17, sent 3 emails , and never heard a word. I even messaged the President on LinkedIn! Trying to cancel thru bank . Are these guys out of business?

I placed an order, #111681, on July 13th. Never received shipping info. On July 18th I received an email apologizing for the delay, and that it would ship the next week. No package. On the 26th I received an another email with apologies, your package will ship out this week. It is now August 12th. No weekend email this time with apologies, they are simply ignoring me. I responded to both emails. No response to either one. Now that I see all of the same complaints from other customers, I plan to cancel the order. Shame, I really liked the swing. Not sure why you continue to advertise your store if you cannot fulfill orders. Why not put on your website that shipping times are typically 2-3 months (possibly years), instead of 2-3 days? Truth in advertising please.

It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order. There is no way to contact them. They do not respond to emails, or their online “contact us” forms. I’ve also tried DM’ing them from Instagram. They have disconnected their phone number. Do NOT trust this company because they will take your money but not send you the merchandise!

My order has not been shipped after a week. I tried reaching out several times by email with no response. The phone number they have listed in the email is out of service so there is no way to reach them. The website states that orders are shipped in 1 day but sometimes 2-3 if there are delays which is understandable but not a whole week and who even knows how much longer my order is going to sit. I am not sure what happened to Finn and Emma because I have placed orders in the past without any issues. But based on other reviews it seems that their customer service really went down hill.

Ugh— I wish I found this page before placing an order. It’s been weeks with no tracking info provided on my order and the customer service phone number in their emails is no longer in service. I’m going to have to report them to my credit card company and the better business bureau.
