Service and delivery speed were great and of course the wine is wonderful. The Shipping fees are high, however, because when I order wine from my present wine club it's FREE and they always gift the 12th bottle. Plus I prefer Fed-x delivery so you can easily change pick up location at no extra cost. Not so with UPS.

I have to say this was the worst delivery I have ever experienced. We stayed home for three days and made five attempts calling GSO regarding my package. They said we were not home one time and the other time they couldn’t get through the gate (there’s a guard out front) we were home both times! It was my belief they didn’t even try to deliver the package. We ended up going down to pick it up. A round trip of about 40 miles. I will never buy again from a company who uses GSO as their delivery. I gave you 2 stars only because it wasn’t damaged.
