Zero communication from you folks since the purchase of my case of wine. I had to write you to even get this communication, which says nothing about when I should expect the wine. The date on my order is March 26. It is now April 4. I never got a confirmation of my order (until I called and then emailed to ask why I hadn't received it). I still do not know when the wine will be delivered. I called your customer service number twice and I got a recorded message each time. Either you have only one customer service rep or the group you have is not very attentive. No call backs. This was my first purchase from your company and will likely be my last.
