Super fast delivery. Even faster than promised. Everything else as expected. There's one thing you could improve: I wish you didn't use styrofoam in your packaging. It's so bad for the environment. There are paper cartons other companies have used to ship bottles.

Have not received my shipment or signed for it. Never received a tracking number.

Wines are good, haven't been blown away yet, but I'm open minded and optimistic. If I have one complaint...it's the foam packaging. That stuff is a PIA to break down for the trash! Why not use heavy paper/cardboard packaging like other shippers?

The wine that I ordered was a good value, and it arrived safely and fresh. My only complaint is that when I use a debit card, I do not like having to wait for you to acknowledge my charges. The amount came out of my bank account immediately, but it was over 24 hours before I received an email from you that verified the purchase. I re-ordered wine last Friday - which may have been an error on my part. You have yet to communicate with me about this order/error, but the money has definitely been deducted from my account.

Your delivery company was rude. Went to the wrong house first and he was rude to my neighbors as well. All he said was name and pointed at the box. Nothing else. It was very odd.

Came in a timely manner great customer service.
