I ordered 5 bottles of whisky for Xmas gifts. I was called and told a few days before Xmas that the bottles are not available even though they showed available on the site I ordered on. This made it impossible for me to provide Xmas gifts on time with that Whisky. Also, I am pretty sure I paid when I ordered but have not received a refund or confirmation that I got my money back. First time using you guys and it was a very bad experience.

They had the hard-to-find wine that I was looking for. Took a few days to ship, and shipping was pretty expensive, but that was what it took to get this wine.

I paid for an order with PayPal. Got charged full, then some wine wasn’t available but never got the reimbursement. I talked to customer service but they blame it on PayPal. At the end I still haven’t got over $300 back from PayPal. Will never buy from Finewinehouse again.

Ordered 18 items online on 5th. Did not process til 9th per web check. Never received written info after billing on 9th. Left message on 12th re no delivery with no responses. Left another message on 15th 9n web site with no responses. Called with no answer a few times. Finally reached a rep on 17th but immediately put on hold. Gave up after 20 minutes of loud music and no pick up. Called again and reached someone responsive who put me on hold again to check somewhere. 15 minutes later he said was weird but order was logged as shipped but lost with no tracking... Offered reship or refund to card. Accepted refund but still not recived on card after 2 days so stopped charges with card company. Not sure if this is a real company or a scam yet. For all this trouble they should have given me a couple bottles free. Past orders did process.
