No communication for the customer they don't answer emails they don't answer phone calls they don't email back still waiting on a product have not received it yet have not received any confirmation on when it's going to be shipped so I would never buy from you again

I am very pleased with the professional packaging of my order, and its rapid shipment. I normally don't respond to questionnaire requests, but in this case, the service was so suburb, that I've made an exception.

Ordered 12 bottles of a wine they said they had in stock. After ordering and being billed for it I was advised they did not have it. A little disappointing. However, on the bright side they were quick to notify me and quick to credit my cc.
