Update: After paying an additional $5100 making the grand total well over $8K and having the Storage unit released to us. We came to find that numerous items were damaged including $500 BLACSTONE Grill, my wifes Antique Work desk, My Daughters 8ft Trampoline, multiple Kitchen items, totes, almost every box had some form of damage. Made a claim and have yet to hear back. We have also re-weighed all items from the unit and recounted all boxes. This total came to 125 items total with the weight at 3500lbs!Again AVOID AT ALL COST!! Complete SCAM! Quoted $3400 with $1750 down at start then proceeded to send out a guy his 16yo daughter and her friend in a penski truck with no plates. No communication for 20+ days, and Attempts to contact only resulted in being forwarded to the Dispatcher who's as rude as the rest are crooked. 2 days before dlvry i get a call Stateing I owe them an additional $4360 or my stuff will be held Hostage for an additional $800 monthly storage charge. As well as im being told my 120 medium boxes 2 full size mattresses and a BBQ pit was weighed at 6100lbs. When asked to meet at the nearest weigh station that is 3 miles from my house I was told I would be required to pay and additional $250 for weighing and it wouldn't be done until the $4360 was collected and they would return to weighing station, if the weight was different they would reimburse me. At this point im seeking help through the DOT, Attorney general, and LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT to hopefully deal with this appropriately. I can almost assure all 5star reviews are done in house or through associates based on the numerous complaints im beginning to see after making a terrible decision and choosing these scam artists. IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS AND EXPECT RELIABLE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICES DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!

I requested a refund well within the allotted time stated in the contract and confirmed over the phone. Then they ceased communication. Countless emails, phone calls went unreturned. They lied about trying to resolve the issue. They lied about researching the issue. When I told them I was filing an official complaint they went completely silent. In my opinion, Finest Fellas is a prime example of a predatory moving company designed to scam stressful people out of their money. Just do any amount of research across the web and you will see countless bad reviews of their practices, lies, and misdirections. There are plenty of reputable movers who will come to your house for a walkthrough. They will not ask for a deposit. Everything Finest Fellas does is designed to scam you. Stay away. Save your money. Save your heartache. Do not use them. Do not communicate with them. Do not let them trick you. Beware, beware.

Major issues: 1. More than doubled the cost from $10,000 to $22,000+ 2. Arrived 4 hours late to load. 3. When they had half of our stuff loaded, they informed us of the increase to $22,000+. If we didn't come up with the increase, they could/would stop loading and leave. They knew we had to be out of the house that day. 4. Though we were informed by Finest Fellows Moving to have cashier's checks ready (1/2 of the $6000 balance at loading; the remaining 1/2 at unloading), they told us they wouldn't accept the checks but had to wire the money (full amount). 5. Arrived at our new house six hours late...again with two U-Haul trucks. They said the semi wouldn't fit on our residential street (again, not true). Semi was parked 20 minutes away at Lowe's. (Another $2500 surcharge (detecting a pattern here). 6. To add insult to injury, "Mike" called during the unloading to say they made a mistake, and we still owed $1000. We waited until all our stuff was unloaded, then told them to pack sand. To give credit where credit is due, the packing crew did an excellent job, as did the unloading crew. After securing the moving date with a $4000 payment on May 7, 2025, we were given the details on how the final balance would be handled. I personally went over the inventory list three times; the final review was with the customer service rep and she said it looked excellent and assured me nothing should trigger any significant changes in the $10,000 estimate. THEN: First the customer rep assured me they would arrive with their own truck and crew. Imagine my surprise when a different set of movers arrived (four hours late) with two U-Haul trucks to ferry our stuff to a semi (not a Finest Movers truck) parked at a Dollar General store. They said the semi wouldn't fit on our road (though we have had semis arriving across the road for a construction of a new house all Spring.) The needed shuttle was an extra $2500 charge. 1/2 way through the loading of our stuff, we were informed of the cost increase. I responded: "You put us in a position where we don't have an option!" Mike "You have an option, we can just leave now" When they pulled the shuttle routine again at our new home, when they arrived (six hours late), it became obvious this was their "method of operation." Bottom line, Finest Fellows Moving and their cohorts MDA Movers are professional scam artists, and we would warn anybody in the strongest terms to run from this organization. Addendum: During the process, MDA Movers (partner of Finest Fellows Moving) was charging me the additional dollars, they had me give a check for $12,838.71 to their crew leader, since it was too late in the day on Saturday to wire the demanded additional funds. They assured me the check would be either returned or destroyed once the wire was received on Monday. Fast forward SIX WEEKS, and they tried to cash the check...even though they had been paid in full!!! Thankfully, my bank couldn't pay out the funds since I previously had moved my cash to a new bank. I cannot state strong enough...this company is to be avoided at all costs.

This company is a joke! The sales guy and the commercial advertises they are not brokers yet if you talk to customer service they will tell you they will outsource to other trucking companies. They took my deposit and won’t give it back stating I was past the initial 7 day window of the original date however I did not choose this date the sales guy did. I did not have a date yet but wanted to be sure I had movers lined up. I hope no one gets scammed again. They have tried blocking me from social media but I will post reviews everywhere until they resolve my issue and return my deposit.

SCAMMERS!!! Not sure how they keep getting away with this. They doubled the estimate, showed up 3 weeks late with one worker at 9P who had to unload 3 other deliveries since hers was furthest from the door… me and the neighbors had to help move everything or else it wouldn’t be done!!! Damaged boxes, missing boxes, no customer service, ditch phone calls and even better.. NO REIMBURSEMENTS!!! They trap you in a contract and get every cent out of you just to ghost you. We’ll see how much longer this “company” is still in business.

This is absolutely the WORST "customer service" I've ever received. I've called and called, held on the line, waited to be "called back" (ya, RIGHT!), and reached out to literally anyone I could get a hold of with mixed messages or just simply NO answers. Not to mention the fact that a couple of the customer service reps were sassy as hell and "didn't have a supervisor". Give me an ACTUAL break. Everyone has a supervisor unless you own the place. My delivery is past it's agreed upon window and NO ONE has an answer? NO ONE knows where my stuff is? It's been loaded on a semi. Oh wait, they're waiting on a semi. The have to contact the "trusted provider" to know where my stuff is. Oh wait, when I asked who the trusted provider was to another person now they don't have one. They have their own trucks all of a sudden. WHERE IS MY STUFF. I need to know so I can plan my own life accordingly and NO ONE will call me back or answer the SIMPLE QUESTION of Where is my stuff!! How do they not know??? Not to mention the fact that their quoted price changed twice and when they actually picked my stuff up after a VERY detailed inventory and second price adjustment that cost me thousands, when they actually picked my stuff up they ESTIMATED it was going be THOUSANDS more and wouldn't take my stuff til I wrote another check. Absolutely ridiculous company. I don't see how they keep their doors open.

Warning: Do Not Use Finest Fellas Moving — A Traumatizing Experience This has been a nightmare. I am writing this with the hope of sparing other families from the pain and suffering we are currently experiencing due to Finest Fellas Moving & Storage. They were supposed to pick up our belongings on a confirmed date. They showed up two days late, without so much as a courtesy call. And when they finally arrived, they jacked up the price, knowing full well we were flying out of state the next day with two small children and had no choice but to comply. We were promised delivery within 3 days. That was a lie. We are now 7 days into our move, completely displaced, still living out of suitcases in hotel rooms, with no furniture, no kitchen items, no cribs, no clothes, and two babies to care for. Today, we were told our things haven’t even been loaded onto a truck. That means they knowingly misled us—costing us money, time, and our emotional wellbeing. They continue to delay, deflect, and show zero accountability. I’ve begged for answers and to speak with someone other than “Kiera,” who is cold, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to what they’ve put us through. She is the only person allowed to speak to us, and she offers no information beyond “we can’t guarantee anything.” I have experienced multiple panic attacks, and my family is under immense emotional and financial strain. This is not just bad service—it is blatant negligence and emotional abuse. They took our money, took our belongings, and left us in limbo without any basic human decency. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are dishonest, manipulative, and completely lacking in compassion or professionalism. No family should ever go through what we are going through right now. I strongly urge the BBB to investigate their practices.

This company is a scam! An anonymous employee (due to guidelines for review) gave me an initial estimate that was almost too good to be true. Made real nice and friendly, but never responded to me again. Well, it was too good to be true. The estimator called and the price instantly doubled. Of course this is as the move is getting really close, so options are less. Then the movers show up and the guy instantly says this is 3 times as large as they thought. My cost then went to over $17k from $6800. The problem is that I closed on the house in 2 days. My options were gone. The company didn't care one bit. The movers that came to my home on delivery were great. That is the only good thing about my move. 6/27/2025 - Update - Now they are trying to cover their butts by denying I was a customer. The photo shows the first price increase. This is proof they are crooked! 6/29/2025 - They tried to buy my silence! They offered me $700 to take my review down. Then it went to $900. Then $1000. They know they are cheating people and do not want the negative reviews.
