There is not enough time or characters in this space to tell how bad Finest Fellows movers are. If you are thinking of using them, DONT! Keep looking. I was told they would move me. I did not want a moving brokerage. They assured me on the phone a truck with their name would show up to load me. Not only did they not move me but contracted to TWO other movers to get me moved. We had a lag between when we were closing and when we would be in the new house. Somebody I didnt know showed up to load me then dropped off at a storage facility I didnt know and unloaded me there. A third company then went to that storage and loaded me from there and brought our stuff to our new home. There were several broken boxes and one dresser wrecked. They have a separate company do the "assessing" of how much they'll pay for damages. The process is long and confusing knowing you will give up. Of course they said they would only pay 10 cents on the dollar for damages anyway. I will not even go into the "estimate" and real charges. They are a bait and switch company. You Can’t Find a More Crooked Moving Company If You Tried Do not hire this company for your move. They are not who they say they are and are the biggest scammers in the industry. I hired Finest Fellas Moving Company for my recent move. I worked with Chase who gave me a lowball estimate on the weight to get my business. He figured that I would need 75 boxes, and my weight would be 7,000 pounds after a live video call where I showed him the contents of my entire home, including all closets. They love to brag how they’re family owned and NOT brokers. This is a lie. After paying a non-refundable deposit I learned that they brokered my move to some fly-by-night crew. When they arrived on moving day I was informed that I had over 100 boxes, and not the 75 that the estimate listed. I told him that Chase came up with that number, not me. I had actually donated a lot of items to Goodwill after the estimate and designated many items to take down in my full size pickup truck. The fly-by-night crew told me that my move would be 9,000 lbs and wanted to charge me over $500 for “packing materials”. This included plastic wrap for furniture and boxes for glass shelves. I was never told there would be extra charges for this. The fly-by-night crew said it was Finest Fellas policy. When I called them, they said it was the brokered moving company’s policy. I was forced to sign a new agreement for almost $2,500 more than I originally signed. I had no choice, new tenants were moving in a few days later. After the move I complained to Finest Fellas about the up charges for the packing materials and weight. After some back and forth they agreed to refund me $500. I didn’t feel this was enough money, but I just didn’t want to deal with it anymore and to put this ugly ordeal behind. They would not refund my money unless I signed an agreement that I would not leave any negative reviews on social media. The agreement stated it could take up to 30 days to refund the money. After almost 45 days I contacted the company about my refund. I was told someone would get back to me. That never happened. I was given the run-around on subsequent calls. I was also given an email address to write to, but multiple emails went unanswered. DO NOT HIRE FINEST FELLAS FOR YOUR MOVE! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!

Warning: Do Not Use Finest Fellas Moving Company (Florida) Our experience with Finest Fellas was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The majority of our items — including dishes, pictures, and furniture — were damaged upon delivery. Many boxes arrived crushed, soaked, and mishandled. I filed a damage claim totaling over $800, and after waiting nearly five months for a response, the company offered only $38.40 in compensation. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent, and much of the information provided by the company was misleading or false. Our belongings were transported from city to city and truck to truck with no transparency or care. Several items arrived wet or completely ruined. Do not book with this company. They present themselves as organized and reliable, but our experience proved otherwise. Save yourself the stress, time, and loss — choose a reputable mover instead.

Where to begin! Was lied to before i even signed a contract. Man by the name of Phil informed me that the they use their trucks and their men and no middle men and other brokers when that is the opposite of the truth. Spoke to owner one day prior to pick up snd he assured me all was lined up for pickup up and delivery date which was a monday and pick up was friday. This was move from NJ to Florida. Come monday no truck - no updates. Harrassed and tracked someone down on Tuesday who then proceeded to tell me she was waiting on delivery men to confirm the weight of truck oh and that it was stuck in maryland in a warehouse and we needed ro now wait for someone to drive down to florida. After many calls and the run around i finally get delivery over a week later. My daughter was moving into her dorm room and all her stuff was on that truck- that ruined the experience for her as she had temporary stuff for a week. I drove to the Pompano address- guess what? It doesnt exist. Spoke to a man who said they moved out about 6 months ago. Walked into the trucking department to see and talk to someone who spoke directly to me snd said no this is not them- i own an outdoor furniture company. Meanwhile if u look at websitr it was the same guy i was speaking to!! Do not use these creepy - phony liers— cant believe they were on the news for good service. They should be fined!! Warning warning do not trust them or use them. We had to wait for the truck in maruland to be filled before they would come down to florida. I asked delivery guys and they were headed to Miami after our apartment in Boca Raton. Once merchandise is picked up it is at the mercy of another shipping company in a other state. Oh and one last thing the woman on the phone told me— they informed me i should be happy and lucky knowing it was safe in a warehouse and that i was lucky they even picked up on Friday bc they were short a truck. Why would owner tell me the day prior that all was ok for the next day pick up?

Another day has passed and we are still waiting on our household goods to arrive. Had to contact the police department to file a report on the missing items. Still NO communication, you send an e-mail and get no reply, you call dispatch and get put on hold. How many dispatches does they have? Then get told they are waiting on dispatch to give a date. How long is acceptable to wait on a mover to deliver? Do you really want to deal with someone who is non transparent. Did a Fine Fellow’s truck arrive at the pick up location? No, how many layers are in this onion? Has anyone successfully filed a claim on their shipping insurance offered by Finest Fellas? Do you really want this during your next move? It’s not just me read below, If Finest Fellows delivered what they promised the would not have to spend so much time having posts removed.

Likable salespeople, but what a disappointment. Less than a day after paying our deposit, we had a change in plans. We followed Finest Fellas' cancellation policy to the letter and requested our refundable deposit. Finest Fellas refused to reply, to follow their own policy, or to refund our deposit. After three months of this, we had to file a dispute with our credit card company. That's what it took to get our money back. When I posted this in a Google review, Finest Fellas' responded, "We’re sorry the refund took longer than expected ..." Downplaying like this may be their go-to strategy for bad reviews. But this was no simple delay — it was a refusal to communicate and a failure to honor their promises.

Negative Stars would be the correct rating/review for these scammers. They USE third party trucks; then sell your move to their highest bidder; and leave you to deal with the mess. They also have a "claims" system through a company called CSI, that all it offers is more work on your end and NO PAYMENT or refunds after all. DO NOT USE these people, they are yet another "business" (if they could even be called a business) that truly deserves to be put out-of-business. Anyone that has suffered this company's scam can file complaints, completely LEGAL and under US Rights: 1- Federal Carrier Motor Safety Administration (from the US Dept. of Transportation web). 2- Florida Attorney General 3- Better Business Review (the web shows the 55+ complaints from different people they have received). 4- Florida Small claims court: The claim amount is small, but often just being served with court papers gets them on their feet!

CAUTION: DO NOT USE: Finest Fellas Moving and Storage LLC has acted in fraudulent fashion with corrupt business practices. I was quoted a rate of $3200 based off a verbal inventory list, I offered to send photos of the items to be moved to ensure accuracy, it was refused. Pickup driver is a sub-contractor from Finest's "agent" All Roads Express LLC, the driver does not come from Finest Fellas in nearly any location outside of FL. Pick up was a day later and outside of the delivery window, and no inventory was taken or documentation of items put onto truck. After items were ALREADY TAKEN from my home, the "agent" Fast Vanlines, operating as a subcontractor to All Roads Express which is a subcontractor to Finest Fellas, I was sent a over $6000 bill stating the weight was more that estimate. I refused and this led to now 9 weeks of my items being held hostage. I negotiated in my original contract to make the second payment via credit card, that was approved by Finest Fellas, yet wasn't accepted by the subcontractors. Thus leading to discovering that Capital One credit cards NO LONGER ALLOW CHARGES from Finest Fellas due to the high level of disputed charges and fraudulent activity. Finest did deliver a portion of my items, after 7 weeks of lack of ownership, opening a police report and getting an attorney involved. This portion of items came with no documentation of what was mine or how many items. Missing were my large items (3 piece sectional sofa, 2 kingsize mattresses, 2 person recliner, office chair, etc) and after my investigation - they determined they were left at the storage facility. However, as of today, 9/2, they have told me the remaining items were "stolen" out of the "secure" warehouse. All Roads Express LLC is now the "owner" of the issue as Finest Fellas operates a the "broker" and has no ownership. Please, AVOID this company at all costs and save yourself the 9 weeks of stress, headaches, chaos and drama that you made encounter with the fraudulent practices of Finest Fellas and the "agent" All Roads Express LLC and the subcontractor Fast VanLines LLC. I hope this helps just one person!
