Fines Gallery Internet, LLCReviews of finesgallery.com

We have ordered a custom Family Memorial monument from Fines Gallery. The experience was made very easy. Now waiting for its arrival and installation. Fines Gallery owner Mo was such a kind man to us in this hard time. Chris was excellent and helped us all the way thru the design. Fines Gallery can design anything and sends drawings for what you request. They made this process as easy for us as could be. Feel very bless to have found this business to order our monument from. We did our research on other places before going to Fines and there was no other place to compare to them on design and prices. Thank you Fines Gallery for helping us get thru this hard time.

Our builder warned us about buying over the Internet.,saying they won't fit. We talked to the rep. He assured us the one bought will fit, when he told the builder, he said you will be sorry.when it arrived ha said that it will need extra cost labour to in stall. When the installer arrived, I asked him ,will there be an extra charge to in stall. Hooked at me whith agrin, then said is that what the builder said, I said yes. He replied No ! After the builder saw the finished, he said beautiful, where did you get it .

It's took too long on delivery.

The monument is stunning! By far the best in the cemetery. Most places had gaudy black hearts and weeping angels and that was just not my guy. The one I got is Itslian Marble. Simple but elegant and has room for me to be inscribed too wish I could attach a photo. Very nice workmanship

After searching and viewing hundreds of water fountains to compliment our historic courthouse in the center of Newark, Ohio, we found the perfect fountain at Fines Gallery. The entire process from working with the sales staff to the final installation was a professional and very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Fine Gallery to everyone.

Great phone assistance. Shipping process went very will. Sight unseen so mantel should come with how to assemble the parts. Simple explodes diagram. Photo. Something.

The purchase and delivery were good but the help with installation was terrible. We had a local, experienced tile and fountain installer who could not get the fountain pieces to seal. Water did and continues leak from the seams. Numerous calls about how and what products they recommended were met with deaf ears. Water in Arizona is also terrible and although the fountain is granite we get a considerable buildup of efflorescence which even the bead blasters are afraid to touch for fear it would damage the granite. So far we're not overjoyed....

I ordered two marble columns. Perfect work and delivery.
