jackie worked hard to find us the right rug

My first purchase was a 5 ton fountain from Fines. The three crates and shipping was flawless. All was on schedule and allowed me to make precise arrangements for receiving, handling and installation. My last purchase was a specially designed fire place surround that was delivered in one crate with no damage and was designed exactly to my specifications. After one quick phone call with an answered question, I was able to assembly the components with ease. The owner/manager returned my phone calls in a prompt manner. I will continue to be a customer. 5 Stars.

I was rebuilding my childhood home and looking for a beautiful fireplace. Living in Little Rock, Arkansas, there were not a lot of local places to shop so I got on the internet and found Fines Gallery. I was so in awe of all the beautiful marble pieces and fell in love with all the fireplaces. I started correspondence with Chris Campbell who was able to address all of my concerns, questions, issues and hesitations. I truly felt it was risky to purchase such a high-end item on the internet. What if it arrived damaged? What if I didn't get what I thought I ordered? Etc. Chris was patient -- made the ordering process very simple and helped me feel confident that I was dealing with a legitimate, very specialized business that would be able to meet my high expectations. WOW! I am impressed -- Fines Gallery actually exceeded my expectations and truly delivered the most beautiful, white marble fireplace, polished and smoothed with gorgeous, beautifully carved floral detail. Packed and crated so well for shipping -- the marble was all cushioned with nice carpet pieces and there was absolutely no damage -- no cracks -- no flaws. Such a score -- I am happy beyond belief. The employees were very efficient and knowledgable. The variety of merchandise was limitless and quite impressive. I enjoyed just walking through and viewing everything in the showroom.

Our experience with Fine's could not have been better. Jackie is very experienced with all phases of carpets. We got quite an education on how the carpets are made....the different countries, etc. Jackie went out of her way several times (delivering rugs) and it made our relationship with Fine's a wonderful experience. I have recommended several friends who are rug shopping.
