We ordered a large marble fountain, it is beautiful. Was stuck in customs for several weeks, but fine was helpful through the process.

The City of Excelsior Springs Missouri Public Works Department bought two granite fountains and installed them ourselves. The Company was great to work with and the recommended local installer offered great ideas and tips throughout the installation process. They turned out wonderful and the community loves them!

I had intended to purchase a "Tuscan War Horse" sculpture which Fines Gallery had advertised on E-bay. Since there was no freight cost listed, I contacted Fines Gallery to obtain an estimate on shipping the heavy metal sculpture. Although the gallery provided a reasonable cost to crate and ship the sculpture, Fines Gallery (within minutes of my call) doubled the price of the sculpture on E-bay. I suspect that the sculpture had been listed incorrectly on E-bay, but I have no explanation as to why Fines Gallery did not simply say that to me. To double the price without explanation (after I had expressed my intention to purchase) was really bad business.

They were very good at sending out information and answering all my questions.
