Was pleasantly surprised at the great service! Ordered rug but was out of town for delivery slot time. Was very easy to hold shipping until I returned from vacation. Rug delivered promptly upon my return home. Spoke on phone with someone at company on a SUNDAY. Really amazing rug and service. Definitely my go to for future rug purchases.

I spoke with Itay from Fine Rug Collection regarding the rug I was interested in. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The price was very reasonable, and the rug was delivered earlier than promised. Based on my experience, I would recommend Fine Rug Collection without hesitation.

I got a great rug in the best price I could find. The rug came in only two days after I placed the order and it even looks better in real life than it did on the video and photos! Great job, I will be back for more!

Fine Rug Collection has an excellent website which was a great help in selecting a small rug to add to our collection. I had a brief online conversation with an agent but ended up not needing any help. The actual purchase was easily accomplished; a pending charge showed up on my credit card and a notification of how the rug was to be shipped and a tracking number. The rug arrived by UPS today carefully packaged and was exactly what we wanted. It has been a nice experience throughout and would recommend the company for anyone wanting to buy an oriental rug.
