I had to return a carpet and without hesitation they sent me a return label. "Tommy" was very accommodating and not the least bit pushy. He really seemed to care that we were satisfied. As a result, I purchased another carpet from him several days later and have been completely satisfied.

I ordered and returned two rugs before I found on the the third go around the perfect rug for my dining room. Although the rugs are cumbersome to return it is worth being able to get it just right

All online ads sound good with nice pictures but once received reality quickly sets in then the customer service experience can darken the experience. Fortunately I found the opposite with Fine Rugs. It's turned out better than advertised as the quality of my 14x10 rug exceeded my expectations. From order to delivery was in just days and I was constantly kept up to date by emails. The free return shipping boosted my confidence in making the purchase but not only have I not returned the rug, I ordered three more.

Not only was I delighted with what I found on the screens, but the prices were very affordable-not to mention the 4 day service over a weekend. The free shipping and no sales taxes were a big help.
