I have bought oriental rugs before, but never online, so I was hesitant at first, as well as nervous that the great prices could turn out too good to be true. Then, when my order was delivered to the wrong address (a UPS error, apparently, not FRC's), I was sure I was being scammed. However, FRC assured me they would do all they could to see I either received my rug or a refund. In the end, I received my rug, and it is gorgeous! I am so glad I bought it. As for the rug, the photos online were fairly true to color, but don't really do justice to the beauty of the rug I bought, when viewed in person. I bought a semi-antique rug, which shows noticeable wear and has been carefully mended in places, but that's to be expected for this type and age of rug. I'm very satisfied.

I received my genuine hand-knotted oriental rug in a few days after I had ordered it. It is just exquisite!!!! The many views I got to see on-line, including the video was what I expected, but the actual rug was far more beautiful! It is plush to walk on and brightens up my family room significantly, tying in all of the colors of my furniture and curtains. My entire family loves this rug. (And we are all VERY picky). I was especially thankful when I received an email to thank me for buying this rug. Then I received a video how my Indian rug was made. When I buy another rug, it will definitely come from Fine Rug Collection!
