Fine Rug CollectionReviews of finerugcollection.com

Can't really explain the trust I have in this company, but to say, after talking to Itay, I feel he & his company know their rugs & want to insure their customers are totally happy & satisfied with their purchase. They really do want to share their knowledge which makes their product a cut above others. Plus, they are willing to work with their customers to insure the most enjoyable outcome. All this creates an atmosphere of trust between the customer & Itay & his company. I will definitely come back to FineRugs in the future. Phyllis Middleton

First time using Fine Rug Collection and they were excellent and will use again and highly recommend!!

The people at Fine Rug Collection are the best. We received a beautiful, high quality rug at an excellent price that was delivered promptly and in perfect shape. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and its products to anyone!

I own 17 rugs already and have never bought a rug without seeing it in person. The videos on the Fine Rug website were so vivid, I felt I could order from them confidently. Also the free shipping and prepaid return if I was not happy with the rugs made me confident to try them. As it turns out, they are perfect in the areas I bought them for and I'm very satisfied.

I like the product. I only wish did not has the moth ball scent though...

good price, exactly as pictured

I was able to find a 9 x 12 oushak in beautiful creams and beiges. Similar rugs from William & Sonoma, Restoration Hardware, and Pottery Barn run 5 to 6 times as much. There was a decent amount of abrash in my rug, but this only speaks to the fact that actual vegetable dyes were used and not synthetic dyes, plus it gives the rug character.

Shopping was as close to doing it in person as possible. The color descriptions combined with the photos and video helped me feel confident it would work in my room. The free returns also helped make it feel less risky. In the end, the rug arrived quickly and looks beautiful in the room. This would be the first website I would check when looking for a rug!
