I was very impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a quality rug. Super fast response when I had questions and help searching for the perfect piece, best deal I could possibly find, and the quality of the rug is exceptional. This sounds like a paid response, but it's not--I promise. I am so impressed and will definitely be back in the future for my next investment.

The rug arrived quickly and is just as pictured. It looks beautiful in our hallway.

I recently sent a bad review because I thought my order had been cancelled without any notice. They did however refund my money. Later I was contacted by the company and found that they had sent a notice regarding the rug being on back order but was to sent to a different email address. They told me the rug was on back order and when it came in they would send it to me free of charge! I was very impressed with their kindness and true to their word I did indeed receive my rug a few weeks later. This is definitely an honest company to order from and I will do so again.
