Fine Rug CollectionReviews of finerugcollection.com

We are very happy with our new oushak carpet. It lies in a large room on a unique handcrafted floor. We were concerned about carpet colors and unusual floor features complementing each other. Most quality oriental carpets look great, but are often the dominant feature in a room. The floor becomes merely the canvas or as a frame to a picture. After a month long search we saw our carpet online and knew it looked just right, provided the colors on the web page came close to reality. Your website recognized this concern, so we jumped on the sale price (yes, there is always a sale) and we are happy we got this unique item.

the staff was well informed and friendly and the carpet was of the expected high quality. Kudos...!

Good information in the description. Rug is a good quality, co!ors as expected, and the return policy sealed the deal but we didn't need it.

I am very satisfied with the rug I purchased from fine RUG COLLECTION, it is beautiful and the price is very reasonable. I also liked the fact that someone picked up the phone right away each time I called the customer service, no voice mail. I will shop there again in the future.

Great item, good price. Now we have to replace other rugs because they don't look so good any more :)

Although I had to cancel my order due to certain things that happened at home, I still feel this is a great company! They accepted my order, and a few days later they let me know my order was being processed. When I sent them a note that I had to cancel my order, they did so without asking me questions or giving me any problems. I will definitely order from them again when I'm ready!

I ordered the rug last Friday. It was shipped on the following Monday. It arrived on Tuesday, and was placed on the living room floor on Wednesday. The rug looks exactly like the picture. It is beautiful rug at a fair price.

Gorgeous rug, excellent customer service. I recommend this company without reservation. I look forward to making future purchases.
