Helpful salesperson Eriat made it easy to buy this Gabbeh 4+2.6 for a fair price for company and buyer. He was able to apply all discounts as we discusseed price. Their delivery via UPS was free and fast. The rug was well protected and arrived in perfect condition. This rug is dense and heavy beyond my expectations ,beautifully hand made with colors true to photos and video.Who can feel a risk when I could return it on their dime if I did not like it. But it is terrific so I will not need to return it.

The rug is beautiful and was delivered as promised.

Artisan picked up my custom area rug, did a beautiful job of cleaning it, delivered it back to my home, took the time to measure carefully when placing it in the room, and then moved my furniture back into place on the carpet. I plan to use their services again to have a silk and wool custom area carpet cleaned.

I was hesitant about ordering a rug online but I couldn't pass up this amazing deal. I love oriental carpets and purchased a serapi rug for the colors and the beautiful pattern. The whole process was easy, I got my rug three days later in perfect condition and an excellent quality and beautiful rug. I am very pleased and would recommend the process to anyone. Thank you Fine Rug Collection!

Azadi Rug retailer Adam is patient, listens to detail and works to match the clients with their requests.

We have a number of beautiful. oriental rugs that we inherited from grandparents. Having said that, I had room for another and saw one on this website that I loved. I was very reluctant to buy it online but the reviews and return policy gave me courage. The rug is even more beautiful than the pictures and I am delighted with. it. I would not hesitate to do business with this company. These folks have the customer's best interest at heart!
