Fine Rug CollectionReviews of finerugcollection.com

Product is beautiful. I received the 2 items of my order on two different days before the anticipated delivery date. Great condition and the ordering was easy.

The beautiful hand knotted rug was accurately described and viewable in several photos on the Fine Rug Collection website. They provided great communication throughout the shipping process so I knew when to expect delivery and the rug arrived just a few days after the order had been placed. I also appreciated the inclusion of a pamphlet on cleaning and maintenance of the rug and the separate note warning not to use rotating vacuum brushes that could damage the fibers.

No guess work. Great selection, deep discounts and multiple photos and a video of each rug! Rug arrived within a week and appeared exactly as expected.

Great experience. Much easier than going to a typical rug store and sifting through all of the various designs. Searching by color and style led us to the perfect rug for our family room.

Buying our rug from Fine Rug Collection was the most positive no hassle buying experience we think we ever had. We just had our rug delivered and it was thrilling to see that the rug looked exactly like the rug shown on the web site and was just as perfect and beautiful as it was described. We highly highly recommend this company with no reservations.

The rugs look exactly like they did in the pictures, colors were as close to true as possible. The arrived on time and the packaging was intact. The rugs are beautiful, exactly what I was looking for.
