I've had success ordering 2 rugs so far. A little pricey, but the quality is definitely there. I wouldn't mind getting an annual email promotion as repeat customer. That said, they did offer 15% off my next purchase. The email responses to my questions were very much appreciated.

I have ordered several rugs. I love all of them. I had to return one rug because it was too large for my area. Fast friendly service. Addressed my needs exactly. Extremely fast shipping. I look forward to many years of ordering from them. Great prices and accurate pictures of the rugs. Give them a try. You won’t be sorry. If you have to send a rug back, they send you a video of how to package it. Extremely helpful.
