I Love Our New Rug
Service was fine and the sales person I talked with was helpful and personable. There was some confusion in shipping, but it is possible it was UPS that made the mistake, and the problem was remedied. (Rug shipped to wrong address at first!)

The name of the store really corresponds to the products offered here. I was impressed by the fact that there is a wide range of colors and shades. The materials are pleasant to the touch.

This is the second rug I purchased online from Fine Rug Collection. I went back because I loved the first one. This one, too!
