I faced such a good experience with FineRoot the product really effective and still taking it, and the customer service really amazing to deal, fast response and helpful to give a hand with any issue. Nikki, Ron, or Maricris were very kind and responsive to fund me 50% of the cost for over delivery product. Thank you and keep going

The goods arrived with no problem but I didn't know i had subscribed as usual and another payment was debited from my account. It was sorted out easily and the company apologised so there was no worries.
Response from FineRoot OrganicsJul 10, 2026
We're sorry to hear about this, Craig, and we understand how frustrating it is to be charged after asking not to be. We want to look into this directly and make sure it's fully resolved for you — please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can sort out the payment and confirm your subscription is cancelled.
