Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about the frustration caused by the subscription and cancellation process, especially after having such a positive experience with the product itself. Please be reassured that subscriptions can be cancelled or managed at any time through your customer portal. Once a cancellation is processed, no further orders will be shipped or charged. Simply click the "Manage Subscription" tab at the top of our website to access your account — there is no need to use a link from an email. Just be sure to log in with the same email address used at checkout. We would love the opportunity to look into your account personally and confirm everything is fully cancelled on our end. Please reach out to our team directly at [email protected] and we will take care of it for you right away. Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the chance to make this right — it truly is a shame the process overshadowed what was otherwise a great product for you. 🙏❤️ — FineRoot Organics
