I placed an order for Turmeric plus…
I placed an order for Turmeric plus black pepper etc capsules and they arrived yesterday. I took the three that they recommended and then noticed that they were going to send a repeat order every month. I did not request a repeat order as I had no idea if they were even going to help my OA. I emailed them and was told to cancel the official way ,yet try as I did there was no way that I could cancel monthly orders. So I tried other way stop contact them and they told me to call them. I was not going to call the USA, and decided to ask the bank to refuse the payment. As I was doing this received a phone call from a very Charming man in USA, called Al, I explained what was going on ,and he cancelled everything. Such a nice man and very understanding. I will triple read anything and everything that I see online from now on. I am usually very careful, but this slid by me unnoticed. I respect that Al called me and cancelled my orders,but wondered if I should let others know so they do not inadvertently sign up for repeats. Once again a huge thank you to Al at Fineroots

Watch out for subscription
I am unsure about the impact of the product itself as I have only been taking it for about 10 days, so it is too early to say. I definitely don’t notice any difference at the moment. But I am not happy with the subscription element. It was not immediately clear at the point of ordering and I have to thank reviews on here for making me aware. It has been a complicated process to unsubscribe. I emailed the company and received an automated response. Then nothing. So I went on the website and requested a login, received an email, logged in and looked at my order, which showed more product to be shipped this month. I then looked at FAQ and managed to work out how to unsubscribe. It is not that clear - but can be done. Fingers crossed that is the end of it. Definitely look closely at the small print on your order.

I ordered on 13th June and received…
I ordered on 13th June and received half way through July but then found out I was billed again for the same product (2 pots), and then billed again in August for the same product and same amount, I have had to ask my bank to block these direct debits. I certainly didn't sign up for a regular subscription, be very careful when ordering. 2) After a slight misunderstanding Fine Roots came back to me quickly and they sorted the problem effectively, thank you.

Beware of subscription
My issue with this company is that their promotion included a subscription that wasn’t obvious when I placed my order. Looking at reviews it would seem that many others have also had this experience too so I would warn prospective customers to beware of placing orders with them. Though possible, it’s not that easy to cancel the subscription once it’s in place. Since placing this review I’m pleased to report that my issue has now been fully resolved and Fineroot Organics customer service has been very responsive. Maricris has kindly cancelled my subscription and initiated a refund on my refill order. Many thanks Maricris.

Well it said delivered in 2 days
Well it said delivered in 2 days. But it didn't come for over 2 weeks. But that's fine if it comes from China. But I'm taking 3 every day. I don't feel any good yet I give it time because I have inflammatory Arthritis. And my work doesn't help .I'm a electrician.

The product was fantastic but ::
The product was fantastic but very very disappointed.I had know idea I was taking out a subscription until one month later the next batch arrived this I found almost impossible to cancel had to notify the bank to stop further payments apity good product..

Product is ok .
This company unfortunately is making it very difficult to unsubscribe. I no longer need this product. Need to cancel and unsubscribe please.
