I have ordered cucurma and blackpepper…
I have ordered cucurma and blackpepper on 5 August and there is no delivery track or confirmation email, and the product has not arrived also. I am not sure whether this company is exist.

Excellent Customer Support.
Received my first order from FineRoot Organics 4 weeks ago and as though it’s still early days are well satisfied with the product I had a slight issue with them today for arranging a second order/delivery without my direct say so. This was speedily resolved by Ron in Customer Support. Apparently, when I raised my initial order (Buy 2 get 1 free) I hadn’t realised this was on a repeat subscription. All good now 😊.

FineRoot shines at customer service!!
After a local delivery company failed to deliver my package i contacted Ron from customer service and he supplied me with the relevant information to track my delivery. Unfortunately, as mentioned, the local delivery company were unobtainable and useless. Ron immediately offered to resend the goods at no further cost. I suggested sending them to a US address to make things easier . All in all I felt in good hands and the response was swift and professional. Well done FineRoot.

Hello I want to at least wait till 60…
Hello I want to at least wait till 60 days but so far my first time I took it and it showed me that it works and I slept better and breathe a little more better

Unwanted capsules
I asked for my order to be delayed until May 2027 and I note now it is out for delivery. Please STOP sending me the capsules.

My Positive Experience with FineRoot

I have had your product one and a half weeks as soon as I have gone through one month and I noticed a difference I will get on here and I will be glad to give you a very good review please don't try to force me or I will not buy again if I like your product I will give you a good review and I will definitely buy again thank you
