Buyer beware

Buyer beware. I placed a one off order to try the product. The order became a monthly subscription which I cancelled on line but Fine Root Organics continue to bill my credit card. I dispute the transaction and recieve a credit from my bank but they continue with monthkly deliveries. As a tip if you want the product log in and go through the steps to cancel the subscription. The website will then ask why so click on too expensive. You will thne be offered a 50% discount. My advise is do not plac the first order - one sign of a scam is herbal products that have 4 or more ingredients. How these 4+ ingredients are found to work together has got to be one of the best kept secrets of science, if I may take the liberty to use that word in this situation. More like alchemy.

On the formulation itself, our ingredients including turmeric, black pepper extract, ginger, bee propolis, coconut oil and vitamin C are each included for specific, well documented reasons around absorption and support, and our product is third party lab tested for quality and purity. We understand the scepticism though, particularly given the frustrating experience you have had, and we would welcome the chance to make this right for you. 🙏❤️ — FineRoot Organics
