I ordered some Turmeric Root Capsules thinking I would take them to improve my health conditions, unfortunately being sensitive to the product I was allergic to them, I contacted Fine Roots by email and explained, they were very speedy with their reply and I was able to have advice from them and a full refund without returning the Capsules of Turmeric Root back...Awaiting for my Full refund which hopefully I will receive..Very good Customer Service email reply.I felt reassured...Yx

I like the company's products have bought the turmeric and blackbean Capsules. But they are very aggressive in there marketing. I bought them as a one of only purchase. Both times they ignored it try to make a repeat order. It took a number of emails from me say it was a one of account and to get them to cancel a repeat orders i had not made.

My concerns were handled quickly, and extremely efficiently 🙂
