The Company was easy to work with and answered my questions quickly over email. Shipping was very quick and the products were packaged thoughtfully. Most importantly I am very happy with my order! I ordered the BROOKLYN MATELASSÉ BY PINE CONE HILL QUEEN COVERLET and pillows. It was even softer than I had hoped and better looking in person. It was the perfect textured addition to my bedding. Thank you for a great product and experience.

I love that they will send swatches of their linens! It saved me from likely having a bunch of orders and returns to find what worked. Good service, nice items.

The measure of great customer satisfaction is how a company responds to resolving customer dissatisfaction, and when my sheet didn't fit correctly, Fine Linens went the extra mile and fixed the sheet so it fits. I am not just satisfied, I will continue to buy all my sheets at Fine Linens. They went above and beyond.

My experience with ordering from Fine Linens was excellent. The customer service representative was very helpful in answering questions about the product. The order consisted of two king-size pillowcases, made from fine, soft cotton. I am beryvpleased with the product. I recommend this purveyor for others who are also unable to locate fine linens in the vicinity of their town.

I was very pleased with the pricing of the linens I purchased. I also thought they arrived quickly.
