Fine LinensReviews of finelinens.com

I have made two purchases from Fine Linens in recent months. The first purchase went very smoothly and I could not be happier with the product. The second purchase mysteriously disappeared following the UPS delivery to my home. When I called Fine Linens to inquire, the gentleman with whom I spoke was very courteous & respectful; he assured me he would immediately report the missing package to UPS, while also assuring me that Fine Linens would send me a replacement, which they did and for which I am most grateful. I would not hesitate to order from this company again should the need arise & I strongly recommend them to my friends & acquaintances.

Anyone that wants sheets that feel like sleeping on butterfly wings want Legna sheets. Ooo la la these are the most wonderful sheets in the world. You must cool wash and cool to warn dry but they are magnificent.

Fine Linens were great to work with! Very professional....knew their field....were willing to make alternative suggestions that were helpful.

I know what I like and Fine Linens is the easiest way for me to get it. Great quality and great prices and never even have to go to a store.

I was so impressed with Fine Linens customer service. I was having trouble placing an online order and I was serviced with kindness on a Sunday evening . I had to do an exchange and it was handled promptly . The linen brands they carry are excellent in appearance and quality. Would order from them again.
