I have been on vacation for a few days so just returned and opened the package. I thought that they may have sent the wrong sheet but with their prompt response to my query, it was determined to be the correct one. I was pleased with their interest in making my order correct. It is gratifying to know that they are prompt in responding to orders and to any inquiries thereafter.

Fine Linens is an amazing company to work with and provides very high quality linens. We own a design firm and have ordered stock and custom linens from them since January 2010. Dave and his partner are so genuine and honest to deal with and they know their product and are able to provide great information to guide the consumer in their purchase. All of our clients have been extremely happy with their products and all would purchase products through us from Fine Linens. Pricing / service / communications (they are prompt communicators for sure) and delivery are all just as they say they will be. One of the nicest things is how well bed linens have held up as the ones we purchased in January 2010 still look brand new, fitted sheets have not shrunk, etc. These are all very important considerations in investing in fine linens.

First off, they have all my favorites brands--Sferra, Matouk, Abyss. Then they ship almost instantly, will follow up with any issues and in general make buying linens are worry-free, pleasing experience. I will continue to make Fine Linens my first stop when I need (ha! need??) any kind of linens.

They keep you up to date about your order. Part of my order was taking longer and they agreed to ship that portion to a my home in CA. It really helps me out since the item is for that address and I will be there……hopefully when it arrives.
