What a great company! Wonderful customer service. During shipping, something must have spilled on the package. I contacted Fine Linens and Dave responded immediately and sent out a replacement. He was so kind and understanding. Not only are their products beautiful and competitively priced, there service is just as high quality.

I am pleased with the quality of the bath rug I bought. Good size, good thickness and design. I was a little surprised in that it was darker than I expected and a little more blue in the gray. I know it was described as "steel" so perhaps that explains the blue tinge. However, on the whole, I am very happy with this purchase.

We love Fine Linens. In the past two months, we have purchased a new towel set (Bulle Bath towels by Le Jacquard Francais in Liana) and a new coverlet (Kerala by Pine Cone Hill in spice) from Fine Linens. Both purchases have added luxury to our bath and bedroom. The colors are subtle and sophisticated, and the products are well-made. The towels have stayed soft and maintained their color after weekly washing. I swear I sleep better under the Kerala coverlet. Given the quality, I assume they'll last. Fine Linens provides excellent customer service, as well. Take advantage of the free-swatch option to be sure you get the color and texture you want. Even though I've never been in the Fine Linen store, shopping online is almost as good as going to a Mom & Pop store in my little city. While the prices are high, the quality of the merchandise justifies them. Also, watch for sales. They have them frequently, which makes their products a little more affordable.
