I could've gotten the Sferra top-of-the-line sheets for a few dollars less (literally) through an on-line mattress company, but after calling Fine Linens to ask some questions and speaking with knowledgeable and very friendly staff (Dave), I went with these guys. Shipping was very fast. The one problem was with a fitted sheet that they didn't have in stock, so I had to wait about a week to get it. However, when asked Dave allowed me to take advantage of a 20% on-line sale I didn't know about when I first ordered. I'd order from Fine Linens again, they are a quality, no-nonsense company.
