I am pleased with every experience I have had with Fine Linens. It is wonderful to speak directly to a person when I call. I would appreciate it if you could make returns easier by being able to print out a label. But, otherwise a great experience.

I love my custom Matouk bedding. Fine Linens was very responsive when I had questions. Only one complaint...the order took longer than expected and I had to follow up on it with Fine Linens. BUT, I will order again. Except for the timing, I am very happy!

I have had the same blanket cover several times before, but I have only been using this particular one for about a month now, and the trim is already fraying. I have had to continually cut off the loose threads. My other ones lasted for years and years before showing any wear and tear. The company gave me excellent service when I placed ny order and I received it promptly. My only complaint is with the quality of this particular blanket cover.
