I recently purchased a down comforter from Fine Linens and am contemplating the purchase of a duvet cover and shams. I had some questions as to which weight I should get for the comforter and Dave was extremely helpful by providing the advice I needed to make my selection. I had posed my questions to other vendors and they all agreed that a heavier weight was the way to go. I didn't agree with that assessment and Dave was the only one to recommend the lighter weight. I have used the comforter for the past two nights and it was the right choice. Dave was also very helpful with questions I had about a duvet cover I'm contemplating. He was kind enough to send fabric swatches to help me decide on possible color combinations for the cover and shams. The customer service is outstanding, as is the product selection. I highly recommend this vendor.

I purchased some pillowcases to match a sheet set. It was easy to order online and they arrived promptly. They were beautiful but the border thread did not match perfectly the color of the thread on my already existing sheet set. I returned them to Fine Linens. They promptly refunded my money however I did not receive any notification that they received the return nor of the refund. I sent an email but no reply. So I called them and they promply checked and said they had received the return and a refund had been issued. When I mentioned I had not recieved a message as to whether they received the return, he said, it may have gone to spam. I checked spam but it was not there. Overall, this was not a big issue. The product itself was nice and they were prompt. All in all, a good experience!

I spoke with Steven via phone who was very friendly, helpful and reliable. I only needed to order one sheet, yet was treated with as much care as if I would have placed a large order. Delivery was prompt as promised.

So much fun to shop at Fine Linen. So many items, so little money!

I decided to try the Turkish towels that were a bit thinner, as I don't like heavy towels. I was a bit worried about absorbency, but I have to say, I LOVE these towels! They are light weight, but large. They absorb better than my thicker towels! And, they don't take up as much room when folded. Shipping was immediate. I received them in just a few days. Love the service!

I ordered a Sferra fitted, king sheet. Fine Linens ordering and shipping was fine. Uncertain about the price point. Approx. $385. But the sheet itself, was not as soft as I wanted, which is a Sferra issue. I did genuinely try to pick a premium, super soft Sferra sheet to match some I already have, but the new one is somewhat disappointing. Hoping some further washings will will soften it over time.
