Slow to ship, but great quality
It took several days to get an email with shipping information. Otherwise a great experience.

I ordered a set of two towels for $170. I received a set of one towel for $170. I called in and they said they would get back to me and of course never did. I will have to dispute the charge which is annoying. Two towels would have been optimum. Service after the mistake would have been acceptable but total disregard is very poor indeed. After posting the review they sent two more towels overnight which was above and beyond the call of duty.

HI Mark, I am very sorry that you did not receive the email from us yesterday regarding the missing towel. We emailed you right after we spoke and mentioned that the warehouse for some reason only sent one towel. We have contacted the warehouse and they have another towel on their way to us which will be sent to you right away. Again I am very sorry that you did not receive the email from yesterday but we did sent it. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do and if possible change this review as it seems to be a matter of miscommunication. Thanks Dave

I looked long and hard for a coverlet that was not heavy and that was a deeper gold (not yellow) color. Fine Linens had the perfect piece. The price was somewhat high but worth it after my long search.

I would order from them again without reservation.

I was trying to replace some towels in a special color and Fine Linens was the only website I could find that carried such a wide selection of colors and quality brands of towels and bedding. Then my order came very fast.

This is the second cotton Peacock Alley blanket I have purchased. This first is still going strong after nearly 20 years. I am very impressed with the quality and value and of Peacock Alley products - they wash beautifully and I am sure my new blanket will last as long. My only criticism is minor; I did not receive tracking information. I had to call to confirm shipment. But I will definitely be back to order my table linens!

I bought two Signature by Pine Cone Hill-Bath Rug 22x44 in Dove Gray. The quality and look were great but the size did not fit that great with my space. It was easy to return them to Fine Linens.

I like these linens. They are handsome and soft. We've washed them several times without significant shrinkage. My one complaint is about the monograming. Whoever monogramed them forgot that the monogram has width. You can't begin embroidering one side of the monogram at the exact centre of the sheet and expect the completed monogram to be centred on the sheet. All the monograms are off centre. If I attempt to make the bed with the monogram in the centre of the mattress, there is only enough sheet to tuck in on one side of the mattress.
