I ordered a Dover Pillow by Sferra Boudoir 6oz. 12x16 and a Fiona Pillow Protector by Sferra for Boudoir Pillow . Only problem is I can't find pillow cases for the same boudoir pillow!

I love the Abyss towels and have two full sets. I ordered two additional hand towels and realized they weren't the right color so called your office. The fellow answering was very cool and implied that I couldn't return the towels because they were custom made for the color. Nothing said I couldn't return them then he rather grudgingly agreed that I could return them (and I had already ordered replacement colors earlier today). I realize this might just be typical New York attitude but it certainly didn't inspire me to talk to that fellow again.

The mattress pad is a little thin but good quality

I ordered additional items to match some I already had. I received them quickly.

I requested a swatch and it arrived very promptly in the mail. I would recommend getting a swatch before you order. The manufacturer takes the photos for the website and the lighting the photographer used wasn't exactly true to color, but it still worked for the room I was decorating. The fabric from SDH was of high quality, It had a "thick" feel, like a fine fabric should, and did not come across as flimsy or cheap. I was pleased that the duvet cover was machine washable.

I have had a pleasant experience with a few stumbling blocks. My order was a bit bungled, with one wrong item shipped. The company made good on correcting the error. I was so pleased that I ordered a few more items, which get bungled again. With a few follow up emails the situation has been corrected, very quickly. I love my new towels and, overall, am pleased. Just a bit challenging. I can see how some people would not be happy, though.
