Back ordered sale item
I ordered some napkins on sale from your February/March sale and it turned out they were not in stock as stated on the on line sale catalogue. I asked that I not be billed for the napkins until they are shipped to which you agreed. I am waiting for them to be charged and delivered in early April. As far as I can tell all is going as expected, but I cannot comment on the merchandise until I receive it.

Hi Thank you for writing a review but I am sorry to see you gave us 1 star. We notified you right away that your items were back ordered and were not charging you until they ship out which you agreed to. I am just curious why we received this 1 star review? It would be great if you can redo the review or wait to receive your merchandise to review our website. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you Dave

Do you really want my $300?
I ordered a Sferra Duvet Cover and 2 European shams on Dec. 12, 2014. Dave personally emailed me and said that he was out of the black/white combo that I wanted and it was back-ordered until January. I emailed Dave at the end of December to remind him that I was still waiting to hear from him, as I had been billed the $270 without receiving the items. Again, at the middle of January, I emailed Dave, wondering if perhaps he had received the items and had already sold what he received. Now, he said to wait till February......I emailed then and he said, wait till March. Finally, after more than 20 emails and phone calls, I received my order from Fine Linens on March 10!!! Oooops, no----I only received the shams----no duvet cover. After yet another phone call and a promise to send it, I received the duvet cover on March 13......almost 3 months to the day after I had ordered what was supposed to be my Christmas present. Suffice to say, I will NEVER order from Fine Linens again.

Hi Nancy Again i am deeply sorry for the delay in the shipping of your Grande hotel items by Sferra. Unfortunately we have no control over the delivery of the goods that Sferra provides. We would have loved to ship the to you much earlier but they just never came in as expected. We should have followed up with you much sooner but to be honest there was no update to give as we had to just wait like you for them to arrive. Again we hate lose you as a customer and strive for the very best service we can provide. Sometimes things are just out of our control. We would be more than happy to give you a discount on any future order. Thanks and deep appologies. Dave

Abyss towels, ordered December 1st; STILL not received on this Christmas day. Help! Gregory Breuner
Please research this order and let me know what has happened to my Abyss towels......no unreasonable and rude contact and now towels.

Hi Gregory I received a message regarding the 1 star review you placed on our site and i am very sorry you are unhappy with our service. However Your towels did ship 100% on time and you were emailed the tracking number as well. Did you receive that shipping notification? The abyss towels have a 2 week lead time to bring in from the warehouse in Portugal in your colors which was stated online when you placed your order and an email sent to you as well. The towels were shipped out via UPS on the 18th of December and should arrive Monday. Below is the tracking number. If there is anything else i can do for you please let me know and if you can i would appreciate a change in the review as the towels shipped on time to you. Hi, I am very sorry that your linens have not arrived yet. If you provide me with your order number or email address I would be happy to look into it for you. Sometimes if items are being monogrammed or are a custom order they do take longer to ship than normal. Thank You
